New February Burgers
This month we have two great burgers back on the menu.
The Jackalope has been a long-time favorite burger for many people, and what's not to love? The smokey Benton's bacon, the fresh avocado, the creamy pepperjack, and the spicy made-from-scratch jalapeño honey mustard all work together to create an extremely delicious flavor profile. Our jalapeno honey mustard has whole jalapeño and serrano peppers (seeds included) blended in, so it has a nice kick that's not too overpowering.
The Reuben is a classic sandwich that we wanted to bring to a burger. Unlike a regular Reuben sandwich, we fry our thin-sliced pastrami on the griddle to crisp it and add an interesting texture to the burger. Some people may not be familiar with Russian sauce, and the easiest way to explain it is "Thousand Island with a lot more flavor". Instead of just mayo, ketchup, and relish, we add in horseradish, hot sauce, and other spices to take it to the next level. When you add on the tangy sauerkraut and rye bun, you get the ultimate way to enjoy Reuben.
